Tutorial: How to migrate your Wormhole V1 tokens to Portal wrapped tokens
Migrating Wormhole V1 assets to Wormhole V2 assets
Introduction
To facilitate the migration from wormhole wrapped V1 to Portal wrapped tokens, there is migration liquidity available for the following selected V1 assets:
- HUSD
- BUSD
- HBTC
- DAI
- UST
- wLUNA
- FTT
- SRM
The migration platform allows users to migrate their tokens in a 1-1 swap. Once migrated, it is not possible to change back to V1 asset using the platform.
If there is no migration liquidity available, please feel free to reach out to the Wormhole community managers on Discord and the pool will be refilled periodically.
If you have Wormhole V1 assets that are not eligible for migration, please reach out to our community managers on Discord
Migrating from Wormhole V1 assets to Portal wrapped assets
Summary:

- 2.Click “Convert” and approve the wallet approval pop up
- 3.Success! You’ve migrated your V1 token to Portal token
Tutorial:

- 2.“Select” and “Connect” your Solana wallet
3. Click “Create associated token account” and approve the wallet approval pop up
Note - this step will not appear if you’ve already had the Portal asset in your wallet previously
4. Click “Convert” and approve the wallet approval pop up
5. Success! You’ve migrated your V1 asset to a Portal wrapped asset!
